TREKKING TO DEVERA BETTA

On 8^th July 2012, SUPER SALIS group left to DEVERA BETTA from Basaveshvaranagar, Bangalore around 6.30AM.

A group of 16 members travelled by  Omni Car, Indica & 1 Splender.

Breakfast was arranged by Prashanth [Bhagawan’s Friend] at Anekal. Hot Tatte Idly, gutty chutney was very yummy.

WE reached our Destination, I.e. Devara betta village around 9.30am. Visited temple, prayed, did bhajans, got blessing of god Muneshvara swami.

After Pooja, We immediately started our trekking to hills by 10.30am.Then to ‘SANKESHVARA FALLS’. Trek to Sankeshvara falls was a thrilling experience, because we had one local guide who was dumb, but he guided us brilliantly through his postures & gestures. He had warned us, saying its Elephant’s zone and not to scream loud, makes sound, noise.

We reached falls by 12.30pm.We all enjoyed a lot taking bath in well (There was no any falls due to no rain), had cucumbers, snacks, etc.

We left the falls at 2.30pm and reached village by 3.30pm.
Then we climbed one more hills, relatively smaller hill, had a discussion about teams future events, etc.

Finally it was time to say bid adieu to DEVARA BETTA hills, but end of the day we were all thankful to Mother Nature for hiding her secret beauty in villages, forests.

We left Devara betta at 5.30pm and reached ANEKAL by 6pm.

We went to PAVAN JARUNG’s house, had milk, then to Prashant’s house & we had most Famous ANEKAL CHICKEN KEBAB’s.  It was the tastiest, spicy, and yummifying Kebabs’ we all have ever had.

Left Anekal by 7pm & finally we all reached Bangalore by 9pm.
