A State Level Cricket tournament was organized by SWAKULA DHARMA SEVA PRATISHTANA & Jihveshvara Sports Complex in HUBLI on 26th & 27th May, 2012. All Swakulasali Cricket teams from Karnataka were invited to this event.
With our successful entry in previous tournament, we all were very much excited to participate in this event. With no hesitation, we just made an entry to this event.

We left Bangalore on 25th may, travelled through train, landed in Hubli early morning by 5am.
The Organizers came directly to Railway Station and took us to Jihveshvara Kalyana Mantap,
Old Hubli.

We got freshened up and had our breakfast.
We reached RAILWAY GROUNDS. Our match was scheduled at 10am.
We had less time to Practice, and the ball used by them was of different size, hard ball where as we bangaloreans are used to soft tennis balls & relatively smaller in size.
We lost the toss, & were asked to bat first.
With Full of Confidence, Our Batsman’s made a grand entry to the ground, and so was their exit.
All Made Pavilion parade and we hardly scored 60runs in 10overs that match. We lost our very first match and we were knocked out of the Tournament. It was effortless match.

But we had booked our tickets for Sunday Evening! We still had 1 ½ day time be spent.
Somehow we all passed 1st day watching other team’s matches.
Very next day we all planned for an OUTING to famous places in Hubli. It was decided that we all shall go To “HUBLI WATER WORLD”. We went through local bus to the water world, & All enjoyed the vacation with loads of fun, Dancing, swimming, rolling, happily. It was a thrilling experience at water world.
Somehow we all passed 1st day watching other team’s matches.
Very next day we all planned for an OUTING to famous places in Hubli. It was decided that we all shall go To “HUBLI WATER WORLD”. We went through local bus to the water world, & All enjoyed the vacation with loads of fun, Dancing, swimming, rolling, happily. It was a thrilling experience at water world.
Very soon we came out of frustration, agony losing our 1st match. Water world made us to forget the reason we had come for HUBLI. Thanks to Mr.Raghavendra Ksheerasagar who suggested this place. Later we we reached room, and at the end of closing ceremony we gave them a Certificate of appreaciation and also A Momento for doing Classy works for our community.
After the program , we left from there, & We Reached Bangalore on 28th May 2012.
